We are looking for an entry-level Program/Project Administrator to help manage the team’s activities, projects and ongoing program operations. This is a highly-visible role with the opportunity to work with various teams throughout AIM, including IS&T, legal, compliance, operations as well as external clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting projects and the program staff on the Security Governance team.

  • Build and maintain project plan and schedules.

  • Contributes to ensuring project deliverables are met.

  • Assist in documentation and project status tracing.

  • Monitor activities to ensure project objectives are met within established time frames and budgets.

  • Additional responsibilities may include scheduling, organizing and attending meetings, supporting management in overall objectives and assisting in various administrative tasks, such as ensuring payment of vendor invoices.

  • Will prepare and deliver presentations, status reports and dashboards as required.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED; 3-5 years of experience in project management, task management or related role or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • BA/BS degree preferred.

  • This is the entry level position in the Project Management and/or Information Security career paths.

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable working across multiple teams and business units.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
